Project Engineering
Our Project Engineers will provide the following services;
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures.
