Construction / Fabrication Management Rep

We provide highly experienced professional project representatives who have vast and varied project experience across many sectors and locations, with strong focus in working in UK, Europe & UAE.

Our Reps will provide the following services;

• Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
• Manage the construction site on a daily basis, supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
• Ensure constant communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project.
• Constant update to all Stakeholders with first class reports.
• Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers.
• Promote, Install & maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being adhered to.
• Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project & ensure corrective actions are in place to alleviate such issues.
